All bookings are subjected to a minimum duration of two consecutive nights or 3D2N for weekends, eve of public holidays, public holidays, and school holidays. Only a one-night stay is required for the off peak period (eg, Sunday to Thursday).
An additional surcharge applies for ground-floor units
All confirmation of bookings must be fully paid within 3 days. A refundable deposit of $200 is to be made upon check-in.
